BatterLicious is a sole proprietorship based in Pune, Maharashtra. We prepare and deliver fresh, ready-to-cook food batters and related products.

Orders can be placed via our official WhatsApp Business number.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after the preparation process begins.

All products are freshly prepared and made to order.

Deliveries are made within East Pune areas only.

We aim to deliver on time; however, slight delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are requested to ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate.

Our products are perishable and must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

BatterLicious will not be responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

BatterLicious shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of product use, delivery delays, or service interruptions.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.

We collect basic details such as your Name, Phone Number, and Address (Flat No., Building, Society, Locality) for the purpose of order processing and delivery.

To confirm, prepare, and deliver your orders.

To contact you about delivery updates or service-related queries.

To share festival or offer updates (only if you opt in).

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party, except delivery partners who require it to fulfill your order.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Your details are retained only as long as necessary for business and service purposes.

At BatterLicious, your satisfaction is important to us.

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

The packaging is damaged or tampered at the time of delivery.

Items are missing or undelivered.

Product quality issues (e.g., spoilage, contamination) are reported within 4 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and order details.

Refund/replacement requests must be shared via WhatsApp with your order number and evidence.

Products once opened or consumed are not eligible for refund or return.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or credit toward a future order.

We currently deliver only within East Pune.

Deliveries are usually made in the morning hours, based on your confirmed slot.

Customers will be informed of the estimated delivery window in advance.

Delivery is free during select festivals and offers (as communicated).

Standard delivery fees, if applicable, will be shared during order confirmation.

Our products are freshly prepared, perishable, and require refrigeration immediately upon receipt.

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be marked as delivered, and re-delivery may not be possible due to the perishable nature of the products.
